1. About This Store

This website (maulolotavita.com) is operated by ACA Consult NZ, which manages the website and all business operations. ACA Consult NZ purchases its products — including books and other items — from Maulolo Tavita with his permission and resells them on this website. All orders, payments, shipping, and customer service are handled by ACA Consult NZ.

2. Orders & Payment

By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase the items in your cart. All orders are subject to availability. Payment is processed securely through Stripe in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Your card is charged at the time of checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

3. Pricing & Shipping

All prices are listed in NZD and include applicable GST for orders shipped within New Zealand. Shipping is charged at a flat rate based on your destination (New Zealand or international). Physical items are posted from New Zealand. Shipping rates are displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Physical Products

Physical products (such as printed books) will be posted to the shipping address you provide at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination. If an item is out of stock, you will not be able to purchase it. Stock levels are updated in real time.

5. Digital Products

Digital products (such as e-books or downloadable files) are delivered electronically. After your payment is confirmed, you will receive a download link on the confirmation page and by email. Download links are valid for 7 days. You may download each digital product a reasonable number of times for personal use. You may not redistribute, resell, or share digital files.

6. Refunds & Returns

Physical products: If a physical item arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it for a replacement or refund. Return shipping for faulty items is covered by ACA Consult NZ.

Digital products: Due to the nature of digital goods, downloads are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed, except where the product is defective. If you experience a technical issue with a download, please contact us and we will assist you.

7. Changes to Orders

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate changes before the order has been shipped. Once a physical order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product descriptions, images, and the works of Maulolo Tavita, are the intellectual property of their respective owners and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Statement. We use Stripe for payment processing and do not store your card details.
